POLY SPRAY HARD COAT GUN

The Poly Spray System will also increase your productivity while significantly reducing the labor costs associated with set-up and clean-up. Our system is simple to use, easy to control and is practical for a wide number of applications and users. When you purchase the Poly Spray System you are provided with the complete equipment packaging; dual cartridge spray gun, air atomizing spray control and air atomizing tip and spray nozzle, excluding the air supply.

The dual cartridge spray gun has a quick connect/disconnect hose assembly for easy attachment to your air supply. The system is also equipped with an air flow regulator and pressure gauge to properly control the air flow and spray pattern. To achieve the desired results, outlined in the product data sheets, it is required to use the static mixer with an air atomizing tip, which is supplied with the cartridges. This equipment can be used for a variety of projects; maintenance and repair, protective coatings and liners, touch-ups, testing and demos. Compressor Requirements:

Standard 5 hp compressor, with a 20 gallon tand capable of 10 to 12 CFM.  For optimum performance, the supply pressure must be greater than 100 P.S.I. and less than 145 P.S.I.  Protective clothing, eye and breating devices shold be worn.
